March 2026 Webmasters Forum: ADA Title II Deadline - The Final Stretch

Is this another accessibility support session? Yes.
Are we all a little tired of talking about accessibility? Also yes.

But with the April 2026 ADA Title II deadline just around the corner, this session is about making the most of the time we have left. Bring your questions, your edge cases, or even just your commiserations. We will work through prioritization, vendor questions, and common issues together. Consider it trauma bonding for the final stretch.

This session will focus on:

• Common issues identified in tools like axe Monitor
• Real questions and scenarios from the community
• Handling accessibility concerns with third-party vendors
• Where to focus in the final weeks before the deadline

To help shape the session, we will gather questions in advance through the University Webmasters Community of Practice Teams channel. Drop your specific issues, pages, or scenarios in the comments of this bimonthly forum reminder post, or email uwebresources@lists.utah.edu so we can come prepared.
